You must notify sga508 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
sga508 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, and other accepted tokens). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider.
sga508 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which sga508 accepts no liability. You must only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

All bets are accepted at sga508's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, where there is evidence of system errors, mispriced odds, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, or where accepting the bet would expose the Platform to unreasonable liability.
Bets may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation, abandonment before completion of sufficient play, palpable pricing errors, match-fixing or integrity concerns identified by the relevant governing body, or where the bet was placed on a market that should not have been offered due to a system error.
Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected markets. During live events, odds fluctuate rapidly and markets may be temporarily suspended. sga508 cannot guarantee market availability throughout an event. Bets placed during a suspension will be cancelled and stakes returned. The outcome of all live bets is determined by the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the sport's governing body.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. sga508 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts where betting patterns warrant such action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga508 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services.
sga508's aggregate liability to any Player, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sga508 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
sga508 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, sga508 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Any Balance found to have been obtained through breach of these Terms will be forfeited. Legitimate funds deposited by the Player (net of any forfeited Bonus Funds and voided winnings) may be returned at sga508's discretion following investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the sga508 support team via live chat or email. Any outstanding Balance will be paid out to the registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

If your complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to sga508 via the contact email provided in Section 18. sga508 undertakes to acknowledge formal written complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body prescribed by the operating licence under which sga508 operates. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding upon both parties.
